The first three letters stand for :
P - Praise
E - Elohim
M - Mandate
We are mandated by God to give his name praise. He outlines how He wants us to do that in His Word.
The second part of the name is the word Shall
Shall is used in the Bible to mean an obligation or to owe something
Jesus Christ paid the COSTLY price of His life to save us from our sins so that we would be able to have eternal life.
We are in debt to him and owe our lives to Him.
